CHARLES ADAMS

Charles has dedicated over 40 years to large-scale, legacy primary home and resort community mixed-use developments. His career includes leadership roles with Walt Disney Imagineering, Rayonier, Celebration Associates, VHB and Trammell Crow Residential. Along the way he and his partners have owned and operated land development, home building, real estate brokerage, utility, property management, resort and club companies. He also founded and operated many not-for-profit property owner associations, independent special districts and community foundations.

AMY WESTWOOD

Amy has earned a reputation for providing invaluable technology advisory services to a variety of communities across the country. She previously led her own firm, Celebration Communities, serving regional and national clients. Her career began with 16 years at The Walt Disney Company, which included her leadership in Celebration, the epic project that first aligned technology with real estate development.

Mike has over 30 years of experience in real estate development, with a focus on legacy resort and primary home developments. He served as the Head of Technical Services for several resort projects across the country, leading all capital improvement and repositioning projects. Mike has also held senior leadership roles with The Beach Company, Westrock, Celebration Associates and Natural Retreats.
