Seaside

What began as 80 acres of family land has blossomed over the decades into the world’s first New Urbanist community. Seaside was designed to make walking more convenient than driving, with a thriving town center full of shopping, dining and other amenities. Living up to its name, Seaside also offers its residents powdery white sand beaches along the Gulf of Mexico. A sense of connectedness is paramount, with lush gardens and front porches serving as outdoor living rooms.
