Kingston Downs
Rome, Georgia
Situated in the foothills of the Appalachian Mountains, Kingston Downs has a rich history of inviting visitors to slow down and reconnect with the outdoors. The project is envisioned to revive this land as a sportsman’s paradise, spanning over 2,400 acres of oak-studded hillsides with seven miles of frontage on the Etowah River. Kingston Downs plans to reintroduce agricultural operations like crops and orchards, which will exist in harmony with single-family estates, a mixed-use hamlet, recreation, parks and open spaces. Wedding and event facilities, glamping grounds and overnight accommodation will welcome additional guests to experience the land’s distinctive ecosystems.
