Baxter Village, the first mixed-use development to be added to Clear Springs, is now home to a 1,033-acre pedestrian village, over 250,000 square feet of shops, offices and restaurants, amenities including a public library and elementary school and more. Residents of the more than 1,400 homes – most within walking distance of the village – also enjoy 400 acres of open space with parks and trails.
