Inspired by Walt Disney’s vision of an experimental community of tomorrow, Charles and his former partner Don Killoren spearheaded the creation of a town that aligned with the Disney brand and legacy. In addition to top planners and architects, they collaborated with leaders spanning education, health and technology to mold Celebration into the charming oasis it is today.

Situated a short drive south from Magic Kingdom, the picturesque town features tree-lined streets, a vibrant mix of restaurants and shops and captivating architecture. Earning accolades like “New Community of the Year” by the Urban Land Institute, Celebration features pedestrian-friendly streets, 40 neighborhood parks, 26 miles of scenic trails and large recreational areas designed to foster a strong sense of community.
